Why does it say "No Service" on my device?

  2. Reinsert the card and Reboot your device to identify the sim card again.
  3. Bad signal can also cause disconnection. Please move your device to a place with better signal.
  4. Check the device battery status, make sure it's not out of battery.

To activate automatic renewal for your plan, follow these simple steps:

  2. Input your SIM card's ICCID number to access your account.
  3. Select the desired plan you wish to have renewed automatically.
  4. Tick the box marked “Automatic renewal”. Complete the above steps to automatically renew your plan!

How Can I Cancel Automatic Renewal for My EIOTCLUB Plan?

If you need to cancel the automatic renewal of your service, here's what to do:

  2. Enter your SIM card ICCID number for account access.
  3. Click on "orders" located at the bottom of the page.
