How to use EIOTCLUB Physical eSIM Card
What is Physical eSIM
Physical eSIM is a Physical sim card which you can download and manage esim profiles. With the Physical eSIM card, devices that doesn't have esim function can use esim as well. EID number is its Identification. EIOTCLUB Physical eSIM supports to download third-party esim profile from other company.
How to use EIOTCLUB Physical eSIM Card
As long as there is a working profile in the Physical eSIM, it can be used as a normal SIM card in any unlocked device.
But if you want to edit(for example: add/delete/enable/disable) the esim profile, there are only three ways currently:
- Sim card reader and a EIOTCLUB software for computer
- EIOTCLUB app (only for Android phone, not for Apple iPhone)
- Third-party devices integrated with our program (currently are only GL.iNet Router, model: Mudi (GL-E750)/Mudi V2 (GL-E750V2), Spitz AX (GL-X3000), Puli AX (GL-XE3000), Puli (GL-XE300), Spitz (GL-X750), and Collie (GL-X300B) )
Note: Users can delete a used profile To free up an occupied slot and add a new profile. but there is a limit, usually a profile can be deleted and re-downloaded to up to 2 times. It is recommended to disable the eSIM profile instead of deleting it.
1.Sim card reader and a EIOTCLUB software for computer

- Insert the eSIM physical card into the EIOTCLUB Card Reader and connect it to your PC via USB.
- Download and Install the EIOTCLUB Card Reader Software on your PC (available at download link).
- Open the software and click Read to view SIM information.
To add more profiles, click Download .
Select an eSIM profile and click Enable to activate it.
2.EIOTCLUB app (only for Android phone, not for Apple iPhone)

a.Insert eSIM Card
Insert your eSIM physical card into your Android phone's SIM card slot (usually Slot 1) If the EIOTCLUB APP doesn't detect the physical eSIM on Android phone, Please tap "Device Compatibility" on the APP to check the supported slot of your phone, and make sure the physical eSIM card is inserted to the supported slot.
b.Enable Data Roaming
Ensure Data Roaming is enabled to access the Internet.
c.Manage eSIM Profile via EIOTCLUB App
Step 1:Download the EIOTCLUB App Step 2: Create an Account and log into the app. Step 3: An "Aviso" notification will pop up ("An EIOTCLUB physical eSIM card has been detected. Would you like to add it to your SIM Card list? EID: ..."). Tap "OK" to add the eSIM. Step 4: An eSIM card slot will now be added to your app account. Step 5: To manage your eSIM: • Tap Remote to manage your eSIM profile. • Tap the + icon to add a new eSIM profile. You can scan the QR code of an existing virtual eSIM or purchase a new one from the eSIM Shop. Once purchased, tap Download; after a short wait, the new eSIM will be added to the slot. • Tap the Enable button next to the eSIM to enable or disable it.
d.Troubleshoot Connection Issues
If you encounter network connection issues, check the APN settings: Step 1:Go to Settings > Mobile Data Network > Mobile Data > Access Point Names (APNs). Step 2:Tap the icon in the upper right corner, then tap New APN and enter the APN details: • APN: Enter the corresponding APN parameters according to the profile (Username and password are not required.)
Note: for physical eSIM card on an Android mobile phone (not for iphone), if it keeps giving error "esim not detected": Kindly uninstall the APP first and click the link below and choose the third one "for Android" to re-download our APP. https://sim.eiotclub.com/eshop/download
3. Third-party devices integrated with our program

lf l load a third party eSlM which supports SMS/Call to the ElOTCLUB Physical eSlM card, can l enable it for SMS/Call?
Yes, if the third party eSIM supports SMS/Call, you can enable this eSIM for SMS/Call.
How to troubleshoot if I can't edit/add a profile?
- Check if the phone is Android, not iPhone (iPhone is not supported )
- (Android) Check if the app is the latest version and if it's downloaded from the site(not from google ): https://sim.eiotclub.com/eshop/download

- (Android) Check if the phone version is Newer than Android 9, The app is incompatible for Physical eSlM function if the phone version is older than Android 9
- (Android) Check if sim is inserted in the correct slot, Please tap "Device Compatibility" on the APP to check the supported slot of your phone
- (Android) Check if sim card is came with the router device, as some Physical eSlM for router device are designed for the device only, you can only edit the physical esim on the router.
- If it's a EIOTCLUB profile, Check If it's a brand new, unused profile. If it has been added on another device, it can't be added on the Physical eSlM.
- Check if the profile has reached the Editing limit. Because there is usually a limit on the times you can delete or add an esim profile.
- Check if it's a third party profile, and need to confirm with the third party carrier that it is unused and doesn't have Editing limit
Can a used eSIM be added to the physical eSIM card?
Only a NEW profile can be downloaded to the physical eSIM card. Each eSIM QR code can be only used in one device/physical eSIM card.
- An eSIM profile/QR code that has previously been used on an eSIM device cannot be added to a physical eSIM card.
- Similarly, an eSIM profile/QR code that has been added to a physical eSIM card cannot be used on another eSIM device. The only option is to remove the physical eSIM card from one device and insert it into a different one.
How to Troubleshoot if the physical eSIM can't get network connection?

How to delete an esim profile from physical esim on the app(android)?
1.Tap "remote" to manage your eSIM profile 2.Tap "eSIMxxxx"
3.Scroll down and you will see the "delete esim" button
Note: a seed profile can't be deleted.

Note: These are some third-party carriers that were tested and verified compatible by EIOTCLUB technical team. You could choose to use their esim service if you are not sure which one to buy. But it does not mean that only these carriers are compatible; eSIMs from other third-party operators may also be compatible.
