What is Shared plan?

Shared plan is a function that allows multiple sim cards to use one plan at the same time. Currently we have released this feature in the EIOTCLUB APP and the recharge website, and only specified sim cards are compatible for this feature.

Shared plan has different data quantity and expire date, and different card lines. Card lines means the maximum number of sim cards that can be bound to this shared plan. (For example, if a shared plan has 3 card lines, This means that up to 3 cards can be bound to this plan.）

Can I use different kind of sim card on one shared plan?

Only sim cards of the same type can be added to one shared plan. For example, USA double network and USA triple-play network cannot be added to one shared plan.

If my sim card has a normal plan in it, what would happen to that plan?

If the sim card has an normal plan that is activated and currently used, that normal plan will be canceled and the sim card will immediately start using the shared plan. If there is a normal plan in the card that has not yet been activated, that plan will be retained in the card and the card will start using the shared plan firstly.

How can I purchase SIM cards that use the shared plan feature?

You can purchase them on our official website(Eiotclub® |Smart IoT Solutions for a Connected World. Transform Today!) or Amazon store.Please note that you need to purchase SIM cards of the same type (For example,US double network, US triple network and Europe are not the same type) because only sim cards of the same type can be added to one shared plan.

How to use shared plan?

Kindly check the tutorial for the shared plan below:

1) Please download our EIOTCLUB APP, it is available on the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android.
2) Create an account < Login to our APP < Tap "+" icon to enter the ICCID of your sim card and add the sim to your account.
3) After adding the sim card, tap "Refill" and you can view the shared plan that is available for your sim.
4) Choose a shared plan < choose the sim cards that need to be added to < pay for shared plan to begin to use.

How to remove sim card from shared plan?

1) Tap Shared Card of your shared plan to enter the shared card slot management center;
2) Choose the sim card you want to remove; tap " - " icon to remove the sim from your shared plan.
